Salty semen could mean that he’s been eating food with a lot of salt.
Sweeter semen means he's probably eating pretty healthy.
But food isn't the only factor that affects how he tastes.
His semen is made up of only 2% sperm and 96% water. The other 2% is made up of fructose, sodium bicarbonate, vitamin C, magnesium, zinc, potassium, and phosphorous.
All of these things can impact how salty (or sweet) his semen tastes.
