a week late 2 tests and both negative....

So I have been on the implant for 3 years had it taken out 4 months ago... I have sex every day with my partner... my body is showing all the signs of pregnancy... after last night the test came back negative so took one this morning also negative... my periods are normally regular... looked up online and said it could be a cyst... getting a little worried... any advice ladies???!😘
