10dpo woke up in what seemed gas pains and nausea anyone else???

Hi everyone I am TTC my first baby and baby danced all fertile days. No symptoms at all during two week wait till this morning 10 days past o. I woke up at 3am this morning in pain and nauseas. I don't think it was just gramps it was also almost like gas pains up to my stomach area all the way to pelvic area and my back. It made me feel so temperature hot :( I went to restroom tried to use number 2 but couldn't. So I went back to lay down cause sitting on toilet made me feel sick. I fell asleep abou 4:30 am now it's 7:00 and I feel much. Dryer cramps here and there. But nothing  compared to 3am. Now Ima be sleepy during my Homevisits today lol. Ne one get this before a big fat positive just curious. Or woke up like this today. Or maybe I just had gas.  I won't be testing  till 13 days past o. I'm trying hard to wait.
