I had sex last Sunday but took the morning after pill on Monday but I feel really fat ?!?!? Am I pregnant please help I'm only 15

No. Please be more responsible. Get on birth control, wear protection.

If you took the plan B pill, you should be perfectly fine. You would not be showing signs of pregnancy this early on, especially not gaining weight. 
Go get on birth control, use condoms every time, and be a little bit more responsible, please.
