Hello to you all! 
Any thought about going to the spa while being almost 5weeks pregnant? Just found out we are pregnant and had a spa weekend planned!

Just be careful, you shouldn't really be doing saunas or jacazzi's. but some people wouldn't even know this early so I can't see  it being a huge problem x

No saunas or steam rooms and if you're getting a massage let them know you're pregnant other than that you're good to go!

I lost my son at 23 wks 5 days to a kidney issue which may have been caused by me spending hours in a sauna. I wasnt aware i was pregnant at the time. Please be safe for baby and put it in hold

They have special massages for pregnant women but you have to be in second trimester.

Hi, Congratulations! You may wish to contact the spa in advance of going as they may not cater for you until you reach 12 weeks. I had this last year when I was due to go on a spa day but the spa's insurance wouldn't cover pregnant women until they were at least 12 weeks, so we had to reschedule - but I appreciate that businesses have different rules. If you do go, you should avoid steam rooms, saunas, jacuzzis / hot tubs as your body temperature gets too hot for the bubba. However enjoy a lovely mamma to be pregnancy massage. x

My girlfriend works at a spa & I know there are certain facials & massages she told me I can't get till after I have the baby.
