I personally think it is in poor Taste and should be avoided. There are a lot of things to joke about but this isn't one of them.

It depends how far they take it, Like the fake test and aultrasound is not okay, but if you littsrky tell your SO "hey i'm pregnant" and tell them it's a joke if they get worried i see no harm

I found out I was pregnant on April fools day. I was freaking out & the one person I'd finally managed to tell didn't believe me b/c it was April Fools Day! I didn't even realize the day & I'd never see this as a funny joke, so this was very annoying & stressful time!
