Hello, my name is Jordan, and I am currently getting picked on for apparently "sounding like a white girl". I go to a majority black school, but have lived in a majority white town my whole life. I'm a super bubbly person, and am always laughing at school. A few days ago, in my fifth hour, my friend told me I sound white, and everyone in my class agreed with her. I was confused by the statement, because it didn't make any sense to me how someone can sound like a a certain race. The next day I asked a couple of my friends if the statement was true, they all agreed. It's beginning to bother me, and now I don't even want to talk anymore. I have been bullied about this before, but to hear it again really struck a cord with me. I really need some guidance. 😊thank you!!
