discharge from nipple ?! ( tmi)

Sorry for the graphic picture but I was just puttin on lotion so I grabbed my boob and when I squeezed it this discharge came out of my nipple. Never happened before what could it mean ?

This happens to me but it's clear. Doctor said it's hormonal and can vary in color but mine has always been clear

Omg I thought I was the only one! This happened to be one time after I got out of the shower and brushed my boob with the towel, then got itchy a few days later, I went to my doctor and she said it's normal as long as the discharge isn't a green or dark color, it's not common but it's normal 👍🏽
