Ok I have a cousin who thinks she can get pregnant 3 days after having sex, but she says she's pregnant but doesn't want to go to the doctor or anything. But anyway how long does it take to find out you were pregnant I found out when I was between 4-6 weeks pregnant. Is it's even possible to even get pregnant in 3 days?

3 days would be way to early to show on a test. 2 weeks after ovulation (conception) is about how long you would have to wait to test. So would end up being about 4-6 weeks along depending on your cycle length

It is possible to get pregnant "in 3 days" but I don't know if you could KNOW 3 days after having sex. Is that your question? Perhaps she should wait a few more days and then do a HPT before going to the Dr.

You have to be at least like 2-3 weeks pregnant for it to show on a test. Not uncommon to only show between 5-6 weeks though so 3 days is ridiculous. Sometimes the sperm haven't even made it to the egg in 3 days let alone implanted or anything yet
