So this isn't related to this app what so ever but i just wanna put this out there and see of anyone els experiences it and knows what its from.. So im 19 and get really bad pains in my lower back when laying down it does t matter if im on nu back or stomach it starts to hurt but when i try to get up is what hurts the most. Its extremely hard to get up to were i have broken into tears from the pain. I have no injury to my back that im aware of so i have no idea what i could be from... I know i should probably be asking a doctor about but scared it will be something they will tell me ill need surgery for and that scares me. If anyone els has this happen to them and has any idea what its from would be very helpful.
