Breastfeeding with tooth...

He just got his first tooth and I've been EBF him... I can feel his tooth graze my nipple and I'm freaking out that he will hurt me with it. I don't know what this means for our breastfeeding relationship but I don't want to stop just yet! I wasn't planning on pumping until he turned one! We are only on 5 months... What do I do? I feel like a bad mother cringing when he feeds but I don't want to stop breastfeeding. I just need some encouragement or advice please.
