So this guy I've known for a while has a really weird fetish and liked giving me money if I would talk to him. He's left all 4x before and this time I left after he gave me $100. Now he's asking for it back and saying that we made a verbal agreement to an amount less than 500 and in every state that's a legally binding contract. Is that true and should I give it back or is he just pissed off he lost money and is trying to scare me? This is all over texting btw.
