Sorry but let's all be honestly honest . If we were talking to any of our exes and we were friends but they were in a relationship, we'd all try to throw some kind of curve when they confided and told us stuff going on. That's exactly  why I don't want my man's ex talking to him. Cause there's no reason besides trying to break us up. That's how it works. Or they'll be friends and you guys break up and right away they get together . Then you doubt the whole relationship. Unnecessary drama. It can and WILL cause problems.

Nah, I trust my man but in my opinion exes can't be friends unless they're eventually going to get back together (Excluding if there's kids involved) 
Plus, I have bad blood of my own with his ex. She's a terrible terrible person.

Caught my man talking to his ex...twice and both were awful for me to find and trust me I balled my eyes out and lashed out...what else would I do? I felt hirt and betrayed! We broke up for a while and then we just got back together and I found him talking to his ex (this was the second time) and I was again furious for trusting him! I still don't trust him and he knows that. He makes the extra step to prove that he is not betraying my trust. my ex had contacted me and I turned that man in the other direction in a second, I find it hard in my relationship to contact exes. I told him next time I find this kind of crap, he will regret being born 👿

I'm friends with my exes and he also keeps in touch with his ex but the thing is the relationship has become platonic. That's the most important thing. If it's not platonic, I'd suggest stay away. Plus, we trust each other and have good communication

Depends on the couple and what you're comfortable with. My SO is still good friends with an ex and I'm okay with it because any feelings between them died a long time ago. However I could never stay in contact with my ex, because he still has a lot of feelings for me, and it would make make things complicated.
