Cheese for 11 months babies? Which one is good?pls suggest if anyone is already giving

I've given My daughter small peices of colby Jack, macaroni and cheese, and grilled cheese sandwiches. She does good. She's had yogurt too.

I buy cheddar cheese cubes because they're already chuncked up and easy to grab.  My daughter loves them.

I've given my baby different kinds of cheese: mozzarella, cheddar, Gouda, emmenthal, gruyere, cottage and cream. I would suggest to start with mild flavours first.
