Keratosis Pilaris anyone?

I've suffered from KP for a long time and have tried many different things , body scrubs, lotions, vitamins...nothing ever seamed to make a huge difference. Anyone suffer from it and have any luck clearing it up? I know it doesn't go away completely but any progress would make me happy.

I've got a little on my arms - it goes away in the summer if I'm in the sun a lot though so it must be a mild case - wish I could say the same for my eczema :/

Yes, I've had it for years as well! I use tough scrubs to scrub all the extra skin cells off, it makes my skin less like sandpaper. You can still see some redness but the texture of my skin has at least improved. I haven't had to use scrubs for months now, as the sandpaper-y feel hasn't come back much! I put lotion on my skin every night too. Don't lose hope ☺️
