I am SO hungry 😞

For the last year I've settled into this wonderful diet full of fresh fruits, veggies, complex carbs and some protein. I'm rarely hungry and eat maybe twice a day, sometimes I'd even forget to eat because I wasn't hungry. 
But the last week I have been STARVING. My lovely, happy diet has gone OUT THE WINDOW and I'm consuming everything I can get my hands on. Burgers, ice cream, whole milk, grilled cheese-- things I haven't eaten in years are suddenly all I can think of.
I thought maybe I was pregnant when this started, but then AF showed up. I though maybe I was so hungry because of AF, but she's long gone and I'm still ravenous. 
I'm afraid I'm going to start gaining weight, but I also can't handle being so hungry all the time. I'm not sure what to do! 
I bought some raw whole milk and I'm drinking a glass with meals in hopes of it keeping me full, but it hasn't helped. I'm drinking plenty of water, so I know I'm not dehydrated.
Anyone have ideas on how I can decrease my appetite? Or healthy, cost effective ways I can keep myself from eating my own limbs? Please help!
