Any Suggestions for Sinus Infection?

So I live in the most allergy prone area in the US and am pretty much allergic to everything environmentally (yes I'm that awesome 🙃). I'm using saline spray and Tylenol cold and sinus per the list of meds my midwife has it's but do any other Momma's have any tips or tricks to get rid of this? If it's not better by my checkup Friday then I guess antibiotics but trying not to if I can help it. TIA!
