Nothing is helping baby's constipation

Let's be "those moms" and talk about our kids' poop. My baby is 8.5 months and has been constipated for a week or more and I am just baffled. She eats prunes for breakfast every morning (no clue why but they're her favorite food!), she eats tons of fruit (peaches, plums, apples, all those), I've given her oatmeal, she's had apple juice, we've tried the mommy's bliss constipation ease, she gets water in a sippy cup at every meal. I've even tried lowering her fiber intake in case we were overdoing it and causing more harm than good. She poops like 4-5 times per day but it's always hard and has turned dark in color, and she strains. She is also super gassy because she can't pass anything, and nothing helps that either. Gas drops, gripe water, bicycle kicks, tummy massages, warm baths, nothing. Any advice?? What works for your LO? I don't want to have to do a suppository or enema or something but she's so uncomfortable and the gas is affecting her sleep. Help!
