Is my air supposed to be freezing? We have central air but after having it on for awhile it freezes. Them we have to turn it off till its done defrosting. But it gets to hot and we start sweating at night. The hottest it gets is to 80° and our fan doesn't work in our room. So it gets to hot for us we live in an apartment and we keep telling the owner but she takes so long to do anything if she does anything at all. We also have a hole in the wall that when it rains the water comes in. We told her about 2 or 3 months ago and she still hasn't done anything. She told the maintenance guy to come he came sprayed something and left and it still doesn't work. What should I do? Its getting ridiculous we pay to much for this bullshit.
