Cramp remedies??

Question

I started my period today and I have stopped taking middle and stuff like that since its terrible for you. What are some natural ways to help cramps besides a heating pad?

💜Light yoga (I pass on inversions and difficult moves my first 2 days of my period), exercise like a brisk walk. 
❤A heating pad, water bottle with warm water or sock filled with warmed uncooked rice 
💚 I live in a legal state, so Cannabis! Smoking it, cbd capsules, rs oil capsules, cannabis topical salves and medicated taffies. I stopped using midol and ibuprofen when I discovered cannabis. 
💛Bananas if you can stomach it, sometimes i don't want to eat the first day of my cycle
💙A hot bath, lights dimmed! If you don't have a bathtub, a hot shower (maybe even sit down in it!)
