I got my tongue pierced when manic

I have bipolar and when I was high I got my tongue pierced.. I basically got it done to give better blow jobs. Is this like fitting in with the hypersexuality symptom? I didn't want it done, but did at the time kinda just an impulse to give better blow jobs tbf.
