eucalyptus oil in baby's humidifier or bath?

LO is a little congested. Have any of you put drops of eucalyptus oil in your baby's humidifier or bath? Our day care provider suggested it but I'm seeing mixed information online.

I just saw today in a "crunchy" group I'm in that eucalyptus is no no! It can damage their airways. Start with just lavendar.
