Heavy bleeding with Huge blood clots

Hi everyone, Are mine bleeding to death.! My period started yesterdayWithin 6 hours i passed about 45 huge blood clots, i could barely walk. Everytime i stood up i would pass a blood clot and even just sitting down i would pass one. I thought it will the clots will stop by today but is still coming out with the blood. This is the most horrible experience of a menstraul cycle i have ever experienced. I was experiencing a lot of lower right abdominal pain few days before the period started. And I had polyps taken out a week before that. And my Obgyn said he suspect they are more polyps close to my uterus. I was surprise to got for an ultrasound this week to figure out if their were more polyps. Am was so scared. Has anyone experience this.? Any advice please .😪
