slept with co worker and wanna tell him how I feel ?

It's a guy I work with that is really attractive to me and we exchanged numbers one day of course and we just been texting, Friday he decided he wanted me to come over and I did, we talked and talked and just kinda hit it off... he asked to spend the night Friday (same night) and I said yea, that's when we had sex, I told him before we had sex that I didn't know because I didn't want to regret it, and that's when he says he promises I won't regret it and so far he's been right, at work he's changing, he helps me take orders, gets stuff for me if I ask, and if the manager tells me to do something like clean out the hot fryers (work at Wendy's) he'll tell the manager that, she'll burn herself and he'll do it for me... he's really sweet to me... people at work tell us to just be with eachother already because we're perfect but sometimes I don't know... I don't want to get hurt, he's coming over again tonight after work and I wanna tell him how I feel but I'm scared... I wanna tell him how I feel about him and what I want with him but I just don't know how to !! Can anyone help me just get it out ?
