what do you do with baby while in shower?

So when I'm taking a shower or bath what do I do with a newborn..? Or baby in general.??

I've put them in a bouncer or portable swing in the restroom with me.

I have a friend who put her child in a laundry basket full of blankets and towels lol. You can put them in a portable bouncer or swing type thing. Something they would usually lay in that is portable....or a laundry basket with blankets and towels. No judgment.

Put them in a bouncer, or in their car seat but don't put the baby near the shower or bath! Put them near but not by the shower.

As a newborn hubby was home to watch her or I'd wait until someone could watch her because I was so paranoid. Now at 4.5 months she sits in the shower with me and plays with her toys. Loves it! When I want hot water I'll towel her up and lay her outside the shower on the floor (heated floor so nice and cozy). She's a crazy active baby but somehow loves to sit contently when water is involved. She knows the drill 😂 BUT baby's are extremely slippery and wiggly so I would'nt take them in unless you're 100% comfortable with it

With my daughter, I would feed her and then she would be sleepy and I put her in her crib. Perfect opportunity for me to take 15 minutes to shower. As she got older, I would put her in her "snug-a-monkey seat on the floor in the bathroom or right outside the bathroom door so I could peek around the shower curtain and check on her.
