last name?

So here it is, my boyfriend wants to give the baby his lastname, and absolutely refuses that we use my lastname.. which I think we should because I'm carrying it and I'm gonna go through labour and pain. And because we don't know if we're going to stay together forever, we only started dating after we found out I was pregnant.
