do I cut my hair short?
I want to cut my hair just below my shoulders because it's just getting in the way. The only problem I'm having is that I'm worried that because my curls are mainly towards the end of my hair and they make it drop, I feel if my hair is short it'll go frizzy and fluffy. Does anyone with similar hair to mine have it short and it's worked? 
Side note: it's really knotty from the wind sorry😂
