ruptured cysts?

I have PCOS and have extreme pain in my lower abdomen/pelvic area. I'm 99% sure I'm have ruptured cysts.. what do I do? I had my period 2 weeks ago.

Coming from a person that has reoccurring rupturing ovarian cysts, the only thing doctors could do for me was put me on birth control because it kept them from rupturing, but if I were you, I would contact your doctor immediately to make sure that everything is ok and possibly get an ultrasound done for you. Be careful because it may be a ruptured cyst or it could be a hemorrhaging cyst. The difference is that one bleeds internally and sometimes won't heal on its own meaning you'll need surgery to close it. Another thing that can happen is your ovary can twist in on itself and cut off blood flow. Feels like period cramps on steroids. If you are in so much pain you're practically vomiting go the emergency room immediately because if it stays like that long enough you could lose the ovary.
