second trimester symptoms worse?

I feel like death, I've felt nausea all day, in fact on my way to work this morning I puked all over myself WHILE DRIVING. I've only ever puked one other time my entire pregnancy and I had the full fledged flu. Idk, I feel sluggish and so gross, AND my hair is falling out, by the chunk? 😞😞😞

Yikes that doesn't sound good. Sorry you're not feeling better. Usually 2nd tri is the best in terms of energy and symptom relief. 
I'd ask your doctor about your hair falling out. If anything it should be getting thicker and or staying in tact. Postpartum is when it usually starts falling out.

Idk about the hair loss. But I'm in my second trimester and can't keep a lot of food down either. As long as you're still gaining weight & able to keep SOME fluid down, you shouldn't worry! I was just at the doc today & she says I'm fine 💁🏽

How far along are you? I had nausea up to 17-18 weeks. I could only really enjoy eating again after that. And I still vomit from time to time now that I'm 24 weeks but it's definitely much better than the first trimester.
