Getting over a Break Up or working it out

So me and my boyfriend have been together for almost 2 years will be two years in May. We literally love each other to death but were in a long-distance relationship I model out in LA and he is in Wisconsin living it up without me and seeing my photos posted on Instagram upsets him so much to the point where he feels like he doesn't want to be with me and I just don't know whether to stay with him or to keep doing this over and over again but all I know is my heart is getting broken every time and I'm sitting here crying as I'm writing this, don't know what to do please help!
