Scary but nothing I wouldn't do again! So I'm ftm was due the 14/3/17 and was induced 3/3/17 due to high bp! 10am that morning I had a pessery inserted, I was gettin tightenings and some cramps but nothing major! I had my mum and boyfriend with me and I told my boyfriend to go home for some sleep before the big day happened and I would ring him stright away! Fast forward to 1am I got some paracetamol to settle the cramping and back pain ans I slept for an hour ! Woke at 2am! And I new I felt a little funny but I was on no pain ! 2:15am I went to turn around on the bed and felt a pop witch I still don't no what that was bwcauSe my waters hadn't broke! So I got up went to the bathroom and immediately felt this awful urge to push and a contraction! I tried to stay calm and walked out of the bathroom to my mum and told her I was getting the urge to push! She looked at me funny but seconds later It was getting stronger so she hurried to tell the midwives who dissent believe me!!! Every 30 seconds i was getting contractions so strong with urge to push so at 2:30am I was checked and I was at 3cm! They agreed to take me to l&d! I walked to l&d but I new something wasn't right my contractions where coming to hard and fast! Got up on the bed and they checked again at 2:50 and I was at 8cm!!! And the urge  to push was so strong! The midwives then couldn't believe how quick my body wanted this baby out!! I was out on a monitor and given a drip in my hand , the monitor picked up that baby's heart rate was dropping! They give me the chance to push twice but baby's heart rate was below 60! All of a sudden I was being rushed to theatre for an emergency section my baby's heart had stopped 3 times and my body was going into shock! I was put to sleep and at 3:29 4/3/17 my beautiful girl was born! Isla Frances ,  eighing 5lb 5oz! 50cm long ! Honestly it was the most scary amazing day of my life and I'd do it all over again!  I feel so blessed!
