Faint Line or no line?

The faint line was there for a few minutes, by the time I got the pic it's almost all gone now.

If the line was there for several minutes then left does that mean anything? Anyone have experience with that?

I didn't want to take a test but I did cause My husbands said I've had several mood swings the past week, my breasts were sore at one point and have grown... a lot. I get nausea but no throwing up. I know I have always had less estrogen than your average woman so I don't expect it to be bam super clear. I've had other symptoms that only came when I was on birth control, we've started exercising maybe two weeks ago but it's not even every day. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I need a third persons opnion nplease. I'm not thinking or dwelling on baby fever but I definitely feel different and I don't know why.
