when is the right time to try induce naturally?

Question

So I am being indunced around 38/39 weeks due to Gestational Diabetes and baby measuring 1 1/2 week to 2 weeks earlier due to GD. I am wondering when it's the right time to start natural induction? I am currently 35 weeks will be 36 this Saturday.

Also any suggestion on way to induce this chunky monkey? 😬

My midwife told me to start bouncing on my ball and drinking the tea and eating the pineapple and having sex all around 35/36 she said it wont induce labour but it will all help prepare my cervix and get ready for labour... she said most of it needs a week or 2 to get into your system

Depends on when your doctor gives you the go ahead. Two of my friends weren't given the okay until 38-39 weeks but my doctor said I can at 37 weeks
