Has anybody else had this? During high school I'd have blood on the top of my panties and never knew why (I'm now 21). Then a few months ago I went to my doctor after it was getting to the size of a dime and she said it was a pilonidal cyst. She didn't give me a prescription or tell me to any medical procedures. She just told me to take warm/hot baths and put different things like Epsom salts in it (she gave me a handout for it). Well I took a few baths that week and it went away.
