When is ovulation??

Cervix is high open soft and wet, and having ewcm 🙂 This was my opk at 11am. Shouldn't it be positive? I also realized my urine was diluted even after holding for 4 hours. Is there any way to make it more concentrated? When will I get my positive? 🙏 Praying it's soon!
