Have had cramping since sunday today i wiped and had light pink blood a little bit, cramping on and off but the cramping is like when am about to get my AF. AF due sunday 4/2.... do you guys think this is just my AF getting here sooner🙁🙁.. started metformin 500mg for pcos this month ... realy dont wanna get my hopes up🙏🏽
