36+4 every night i get really bad pains I'm not sure if it's from the baby moving or if their contractions whatever it is it hurts very badly!!

Baby is head down and running out of room as my belly isn't all that big :(

But it's very bad pains in like the birth canal/vaginal opening that hurts...

I should note that this is just at night time sitting on the couch watching tv before bed,,baby is always super active at night so idk if the pains are from his movement's or contractions

Any ideas?
