Safe acne meds/ acne care when pregnant??

Is there anything I can use on my face to help my acne clear up? I've always had acne but it's flaring up SOOOO bad right now :( help?!?

Mario Badescu makes a Drying Cream that has sulfur in it that worked well for me. Kind of smells weird, but worth it to me to tr the zits! I got it at Ulta.

Biore has a charcoal cleanser that's great for acne and it doesn't have salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide in it. Or you can try tea tree oil.

I use Tea Tree from Body Shop or you can buy from Ulta. I also started a week ago using Bio Oil on my face and it has helped so much!!

Most things you'd get at the drug store, contain safe amounts of things like salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide . The concern about ingredients that are unsafe during pregnancy is oral acne medications and strong topical treatments (like peels or something like this). I just started getting awful cystic zits within the last couple of days (I've never had bad skin in my life!) and I use a toner with salicylic acid in it now & called my doctor about getting a prescription for a topical antibiotic !
