help!!

I had my son on the 10th of January and had my first period the 1st of February to the 5th and I had the implant on the 22nd of February but had sex the next day when it doesn't work for 7 days after being put in so the doctor told me to do a test 3 weeks later so I did and it was negative. My second period came on the 27th or march and is still going but this like dry jelly clot came out of me and it looks like the same thing as the placenta but I'm just worrying in case it's a miscarriage or something.
