Help!... How good are the Fenugreek pills in your experience to boost milk supply?
My 10 week old baby has decided she don't want any formula, I was breastfeeding her and also giving her formula but she doesn't want to take the bottle anymore... I don't pump cause I have no time so if you have any advice on how to boost my milk supply without pumping please help!!! Thank you
