What medicated mouth wash do you use during pregnancy?

Right now I'm using only crest pro health gum protection toothpaste but I'm still having issues and thinking that I'll need to use something else too.

I use something called ProVantage Gel by Periosciences. It's expensive (I paid like $40 for a bottle) but lasts F O R E V E R. 
I love it because regular mouthwash liquid makes me gag then puke (defeats the purpose of even using it!) and this is a gel you just rub on.

My guns were definitely hurting from so much vomiting with my first (hyperemisis gravidarum) and it healed them in less than a week. Now I use it as a maintenance product 3x a week. It's a miracle. Mine was recommended and sold by my dentist.

Dental professional here! I use listerine, but I am also prone to HORRIBLE pregnancy gingivitis. Seriously, it's so bad that if I floss it looks like I murdered someone in the sink. Because of this, I have my dentist give me a rx rinse. It's a chlorihexidine solution. I will use that once a day or sometimes every other day in place of listerine. I also sometimes put it in a water-flosser so it gets in between my teeth and under the gum line just a bit. No decay at all. Not one cavity. ✌🏻

I use listerine but my husband can't tolerate the alcohol so his dentist told him to use Crest mouthwash with no alcohol. My dentist does recommend mouthwash especially while pregnant. Also my husband had significant gum problems and his dentist recommended an electric water teeth cleaner, it helped significantly.

You should probably ask for your dentists opinion. I'm not sure what issues you are having, but both my dentist and my son's say that mouthwash is pretty pointless and recommend salt water instead. I even had gum graft surgery and they had me rinse with salt water several times a day.
