So I'm 9 weeks pp and I went back on the pill after my 6 week appointment. The problem is, even with an alarm set I can't seem to take it at exactly the same time every night (I'm breastfeeding and on progesterone only; my doctor said it's less effective if not taken at the same exact time). My husband refuses to have sex because, as much as he loves our son, he doesn't want another baby right away (and neither do I!). Condoms are not an option for us.
