Spaa will trying to conceive??
So I wanted to go to the spa with a friend and I was wondering whether it is ok to go into the jacuzzi or sauna while trying to conceive. Is anyone else a member of a spa or going there on a regular basis?
I know it's dangerous while being pregnant as the heat can affect it but at the moment I'm just conceiving. Also it makes me wonder people from hot countries still have healthy babies and over there it even hits 50 degrees or more.
