Sharp lower back pain
Anyone else having sharp lower back pain throughout the day? It's just in one spot-right at the bottom of my back before my butt starts. It used to be just when I laid on my back, but now it's about all day. I'm 13+5. All the midwife said was to try prenatal yoga to strengthen the muscles.
