Hi guys ao I got this bump on my lip about a week ago. I thought it was a pimple because it had a white dot I though but I didn't pop it and I left it alone. But I'm seeing my boyfriend this weekend and really want to kiss him. I figured If it was a pimple it would be gone by now and it's not. Do you guys think from this picture it's a cold sore? It didn't blister or scab, just angry and red I guess. Please help. As u can see there are like 3 bumps along my lips.
