Sick baby

Does anyone have a baby with a penicillin allergy? I'm probably grasping at straws here and it's probably unlikely because we're at the end of the antibiotics.

I'm going to call and get him in to the doctor tomorrow, but here's the situation. He got pink eye a week and a half ago and leading up to that had a runny nose. Dr also said slight ear infection. We got amoxicillin and eye ointment. Eyes cleared up quickly. Amoxicillin has been a battle, but overall he's gotten most of it down. We're on day 10/10 for the amoxicillin. Over the weekend he got a rash on his upper chest, neck, and behind ears. He has eczema so I figured it was just flaring up, though it has never gotten this bad. 2 days ago he starts coughing in his sleep here and there and is sounding congested again. When he wakes up to eat he coughs and gags a couple times while nursing and it seems like he can't breath well while eating. That all seemed better last night. This evening I pick him up after work. He feels warm to the touch, has a rash on his back, and temp was 101 under armpit.

I gave him Tylenol, but he spit some of it out, so I'm worried he didn't get enough. I'm gping to check it again in a bit. I know you guys aren't doctors, I just needed to vent and get some thoughts. I'm freaking out. He's never been sick until this.
