1 month old fighting sleep

HELP/ADVICE! My 1 month old babe has been seeming to fight sleep day & night. She is currently on a 7 hour stretch with some 5-10min naps here and there. She isn't eating her usual 4oz either, just two here and there. What's the deal? She's wide awake, then cries for the pacifier/bottle/to be held, falls asleep for a few minutes and is awake and we do it all over again. This has been the second day of this.
