I just recently started lo loestrin fe and I'm about a week and a half in. I knew going in there is going to be some spotting and everything and that started yesterday. But along with it is nausea and now I'm cramping and I'm bleeding even more. My period is still about 11 days out. I'm usually pretty regular. And it seems a lot different than what my period is. Brighter and even from wiping I can tell it has a very metallicy smell. Is this just spotting? Does cramps and stomach aches usually come with that? I'm trying to get away from the intense cramping and nausea. Not double it.
