slept and woke up with the same headache

it hurts on my right side of my head.... I couldn't sleep because i was so nervous today i was going to the doctors..... How to get rid of a headache on my right side of head???? i really hate these stupid headaches on one side😫😫😫😫😓😓😓😓😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
