Swollen lip down there

So I had a few ingrown hairs from shaving down there and scratching afterwards, and they were bothering me so I poped them. I put Neosporin on it last night and this morning. Now my right lip is swollen and hard, it also hurts to walk on it. I took some benadryl for it and am icing it. And help or remedies to fix this?
